Your customers can then view the videos directly within their web browser, or you can even offer the Flash video as a download for your customers, so they can view the video without having to be connected to the web.

You can also use these Flash videos to create playable CDs -- I'll show you exactly how to do this too in the exclusive coaching.

Taking these Flash videos and putting them on a CD for your customers is great as your customers will prefer a physical product to just a digital product. You can however offer your customers online access to the videos immediately too, while they're waiting for the CD to arrive.

Another benefit is that some of your customers may choose to view these videos on their iPod. This can be a very big benefit to a percentage of your customers, so the ability to offer QuickTime to customers as well can mean many more sales for you.

All your customer has to do is download the QuickTime video, transfer it to their iPod (this is a cinch to do) and then they can view the video wherever in the world they go!

Now you don't have to use these if you choose not to, but you receive ready made and very high quality video introductions (examples of these are included in the samples linked near the top of this page).

Some reasons for using these introductions is that you may not always want the video to just start for your customers -- you may want a brief lead in, to let them know what the video is about, rather than it just abruptly starting.

These ready made intros are generally around 20 seconds long, look very professional, introduce the customer to the video, and again are recorded by the professional broadcaster so they sound absolutely fantastic.

Full Transcripts...

For every single video you also receive transcripts. This is a big benefit for a number of reasons:

Not every single one of your customers may have English as their first language, so I feel as much as possible it's always important to include transcripts.

Some people prefer to follow along with a transcript as they watch a video to help comprehension, and also so they can refer back to it quickly later.

Also with these transcripts you can offer a sample to your visitors...

With your terms of use you have the right to use some of the transcripts as free samples to your visitors.

This way, you can tempt your visitors with fantastic free content, offered either as a download or in email follow up, but to receive the actual videos, those visitors have to order from you.

But also -- if you're offering your customers access to these videos online, also offering the transcripts as downloadable PDFs will be a further strong benefit to them which will help you make the sale and keep your customers delighted with the content.

Or -- if you're sending these videos to your customers on CD or DVD, including the printed out transcripts along with the disc hugely beefs up the offer meaning your customers will be delighted with it as they receive something really substantial -- real value for money.
