This license grants you the right to use the private label files included to create your own unique sites and products, keeping to the restrictions detailed below.

With the Private Label Rights, you receive the source files in multiple formats to coaching videos and their related files.
The goal with these usage terms is to keep the value of the content for as long as possible, without restricting you too much. Without restrictions though, the content would become worthless within days, which benefits no one.
We apologize in advance for the stern tone of these rights but basically - we want all members to profit long term, and if anyone acts in a way that harms that, we reserve the right to revoke the usage license and cancel their membership permanently.
However, in most instances we will contact the person in the first instance if there's any issues to see if they can be resolved.
We will keep an eye on this, but please do get in touch if you see any issues regarding usage of this exclusive content.

Usage Rights To The Files
If we see people breaking these usage terms we have the right to revoke their usage license and cancel their membership permanently. However, in most instances we will contact the person directly initially if there's an issue.
- First of all please note of course that the DVD can not be copied and sold under any circumstances. This rarely comes up but occasionally I'm asked this - the rights do not allow this. The DVD is only for you and can not be duplicated, given away nor resold.
- These Private Label Rights allow you to change the files if you would like (for example adding your own introductions to the videos).
- You can take these files to create your own unique products and sites to be sold online or offline.
- You can't make any kind of reprint rights offer with this content
- You can't make any kind of master rights offer with this content
- You can't make any kind of private label offer with this content
- None of the videos can be given away free under any circumstances.
- You can take the content and offer it as a physical product, within a private website, or through a digital product.
- If you would like to offer samples to visitors, you can offer a small amount of the content from the scripts and video screen grabs, not the actual videos.
- Minimum retail prices of content:
- We ask that you sell one single set of videos (one set is the video contents of one DVD) for no less than $27.
- We ask that you sell two sets of videos (the video contents of two DVD's) for no less than $37 as the bundled offer price.
- We ask that you sell three sets of videos (the video contents of three DVD's) for no less than $47 as the bundled offer price.
- We ask that you sell four or more sets of videos (the video contents of four or more DVD's) for no less than $95 as the bundled offer price
If we feel you're devaluing the content by selling it too cheaply we reserve the right to revoke your usage license and cancel your membership permanently. The content you receive is incredibly high quality and has a high retail value, and we strongly suggest that should be reflected in the price.
The recommended retail prices are both reasonable (not unfairly high to your customers) and will help the content keep it's value long term for everyone.
- The content can not be used for products or sites offered on auction sites like eBay.
- Keeping to the terms detailed, you have rights to the content for as long as you own the DVD.
